Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. The Potting Bench, Garden Cart, and Wheelbarrow ship to the contiguous United States only and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: $6.95 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more, before taxes.
Bulky items (Potting Bench, Garden Cart, Wheelbarrow): shipping is quoted separately by email before you pay, based on your delivery address. These items are not included in the free shipping threshold.

Order Processing

After you submit an order request, we review it and email you a confirmation with the final total, shipping charge, any applicable taxes, and a PayPal payment request. Orders are packed and shipped after payment is received.

Delivery Estimates

An estimated delivery window is provided in your order confirmation and depends on your location and the carrier. Estimates are not guaranteed. When your order ships, we email tracking details where available.

Taxes

Sales tax, where applicable to your shipping address, is shown in your order confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Check your shipping address before submitting. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, email support@dailygardentools.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
